Coraline and birthday

I saw Coraline yesterday. It was so much different than I expected. I liked it but I didn't at the same time. It was really strange and very long. When it was almost over all I could think was "Will it ever end?!"

Today is my mom's birthday, and it is going horribly. My dad is at fault. He's an impatient idiot.

Brown University

I'm a freshman in high school. Ninth grade. I'm 14, about to turn 15 in May. And I got a letter from Brown University asking me to apply for a spot this summer in their pre-college courses on campus. I think it's really, really amazingly cool that I was asked, but I don't think I'm going to do it. First of all, it would probably cost about $1000 or more, and my family doesnt have that much to spare right now. Second, I don't want to start looking at colleges this far in advance. I'm going to change my mind A LOT, so what's the point of going now?

This was fun!

You Would Win Best Costume Design

You are imaginative, artistic, and very unique. You are a natural designer.

You can picture entire movies in your head. You are incredibly visual.

As long as you can remember, you've always had a flare for fashion. You like to experiment with looks.

You like dressing up in costumes and outfits. And not just for Halloween!

I love blogthings.

Your Quirk Factor: 73%

You're so quirky, it's hard for you to tell the difference between quirky and normal.

No doubt about it, there's little about you that's "normal" or "average."

Sweet 16

Ah, only 1 more year until my sweet 16! Well, a little more than a year, but still. I cannot wait! I'll be able to drive and I will have finally made it to New York City. You see, for my big present, I'm going with my mom and best friend. It is going to be amazing. I'm seeing at least one Broadway show, eating a dirty-water hotdog, eating gourmet food, and spending wayyy too much money on clothes. Did I mention it's going to be AMAZING?! Shopping wise, I want to buy at least one thing from Marc Jacobs, one thing from Luella, one thing from Kira Plastina, and one thing from Chanel. The rest is just going to be from little boutiques and random shops. (: eeeeeeeee! one more year(and three months)...but whose counting?

Half-Blood Prince

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ugf5Z6iz9A
Ohhh My God! I am one of the biggest Harry Potter fans ever, I've read most of the books at least a dozen times, and I really love all the movies. This is a sneak peak at Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and it's byfar the best so far! #6 is my second favorite book, and I'm really hoping that the movie will be just as good. (:

Charlie&Lola

I just had the urge to watch Charlie and Lola. Yes, it is a children's show on Disney Channel, but siriusly, it's the best show ever. It's about a brother and sister, Charlie and Lola, who just go through the course of everday life having little adventures and fun. Not to mention they're British! I love the way little British kids talk, it's so cute!
How did a 14 year old girl find out about Charlie and Lola you ask? Simple; a day at home sick, flipping through channels. Yep. It was great (: Now I can't get enough of them!

Movie?

I really, really want to see Confessions of a Shopahalic. I love Isla Fisher and shopping! It's my perfect movie!
The last movie I went to see in theatres was He's Just Not That Into You. It was alright. It was the first movie that I willingly watched and didn't like the majority of the characters. They were all for the most part annoying and the plot was really predictable. It was really weird, because I usually love those kinds of movies. Hm.
Today I'm going to see Push. It looks really good, so hopefully it will be. (: wish me luck!

Fashion Week

New York Fashion Week is going on at this very moment. Yet here I sit in my old farmhouse, typing away. I wish so badly that I could have gone. I've never even been to New York City! I need to though. For the past three years I have had this urge to jump in a car and drive to New York and just live.
I really wish I could go to a Chanel, Luella, or Marc Jacobs show. Ah, how amazing that would be!
I really love all the spring trends this year; neon, neutrals, python(how exotic!), tie-dye, hobo bags, dresses, black and white, floral, all the good stuff. *sigh*

Writing My Heart Away

Writing is a good way to get everything off my chest. I love the process of creating characters to use. It's just fun! Right now I'm working on a character named Alyssa Haire, and she's very fun to create. Her whole life is all over the place and she never really knows fully whats going on. I love her! Oh, and I love making polyvores for my characters when they're finished.
So far, I have polyvores for three of my girl characters; Tulla, Amalia, and Violet.

First Post! Ah!

Open the door into my NEW blog! I'm so excited.
All the posts are going to be fashion, random, and whatever I feel like related, ok? Ok. (:
