I've had a lovely time with this warm weather.

Hasn't the warm weather been soo wonderful? It's given me the opportunity to take lots of picutres and to really just soak up the sun(while trying not to get any color. My best friend because SPF 70). How have you been enjoying the weather?

So exciting!

This is so exciting! In German class at school we now have 'e-pals', which are just penpals via e-mail. I just got an email from one of the students in Germany, Sabrina! She's 17 years old and idk very much else haha! I can't wait to learn more about her, I love making new friends. (: This is so exciting!

I feel horrible, but I had to take these questions off The Tea Drinking English Rose blog. (:

Storm

I love thunder and lightning storms. They are just so beautiful and aweinspiring. The lightning just looks so cool in the sky, the rain is the one of the prettiest sounds in the world, and the thunder is really aweinspiring because of how it occurs. One is going on as I type, and I'm sitting next to a window that keeps being illuminated by the lightning and all the tree's are so cool looking in it's strange light.
Is it weird that something that makes so many people depressed makes me so happy?

On a happier note, I just got home from seeing the Wizard of Oz put on by the drama department at school. It was so good! I know pretty much everyone who was in it, so that was really fun.

Sara Bareilles Concert!

Oh, my God. The Sara Bareilles concert on Monday was the best thing EVER! Siriusly, the best concert I've ever been to. Just because it was that amazing, I'll take you through my whole night. (:
-We got the the casino where the concert was taking place at around four and immediately went and ate at the amazing buffet. Yes, I know what your thinking, but they have like, gourmet food at that buffet! It's so delicious that you have to get a bit of everything.
-Then after two and a half ours of eating we(my friend, mom, and I) went to go gamble (: Well, I didn't gamble because I'm not of age, but I watched my friend. And she won $50! It was so amazing. We were just staring at the machine in disbelief as it just kept going up. Then we ran like maniacs to cash it in a try to find my mom(we were unsuccessful..we ended up just waiting by the fountain haha)
-Then at a little after 7 I went and bought Sara stuff. I got a signed poster that looks as if it's been chalked. It says Gravity Tour 2009, Sara Bareilles at the bottom and at the top it's her legs floating amongst the clouds. So cool! Oh, and I got a red t-shirt that has a drawn picture of her piano sitting in some grass with her signature below it.
-And Then! We saw her! Twice! before the concert! The first time she was walking behind us and my friend was like, 'Jessie! I think she's walking behind us! Loook!' and of course she'd said this two other times, so I didn't really believe her but when I turned around, THERE SHE WAS! Just in normal clothes, with two normal looking guys with her. And then not even five minutes later we saw her again walking into her dressing room! She spotted us, because we were the only other ones there, and was like "Hey guys" and we were totally starstruck so we were just like 'HI!' in a really high pitched voice haha. I'm so mad that I didn't ask for a picture, but my mind totally went blank! Ah!
-And then at 8:10 the concert started. In the showroom there are rows of tables instead of just chairs and we were in the second row of tables. (: ! (: And the way her piano was, when she was sitting at it she was facing us. And we were near a speaker, so I could literally feel the music in me. Her voice is so beautiful and powerful. And she's just really cool! In between songs she told us about going to the Grammy's with her mom and how in her words how 'FUCKING AWESOME' it was, her obsession with U2 and how at the Grammy's when they came on stage she was the only one who stood up, how Bono threw his sunglasses right over her head to 'the two bitches behind me' <---hahahaa, how she had gotten drunk the night before and drew all over herself and her bandmates with sharpie and then ordered herself a 100 piece knife set off the knife channel <---hahaaa that's so random!

Today I went to the dentist and found out that I have 5 cavaties and on 4 other teeth things that could turn into cavaties. All because I haven't been to the dentist in two years and because I don't floss. ): I am so scared! I've never had a cavatie before! Eeeek!
The only thing I'm really scared of is the novacain(sp?) shot. That is going to hurt and make my mouth all saggy. ): oh no.

Chuck

I love the show Chuck on NBC. It is amazing! If anyone doesnt know, it's about this guy, Chuck who's old college roommate sends him 'The Intersect' through an e-mail and now Chuck has all of the governments secrets burned into his brain. Because of this he has to go on all these missions while also pretending to still work at the Buy More(which is like Best Buy). My favorite part of the whole thing is his relationship with Sarah, his pertector per se. They both have feelings for each other but they can't be together because it would effect their work and if it ended badly, that would not be good. But they have their moments.
I love this show! I just got done watching it and at the very end when they were telling about next week's they were like, 'Oh, and by the way' and they showed this them in bed kissing! The look on my face was something like =O YAY *DOES HAPPY DANCE OF JOY!* I want them to be together soooo bad!

Spring Break!

Ah, yes, today is the first day of spring break! I don't really know why I'm excited, but I am. I mean, I'm not going anywhere. But still! No school for a whole week! YAY.
I am, however, doing some fun things. For instance tomarrow I am: 1)getting the oil changed in my mom's car. 2)going out to lunch downtown with my mom, which is going to be fun because it's one of my favorite places to eat..yum, I cannot wait! 3)going to the dentist (not really fun, but whatever.) 4)then we're going shopping! I actually have money this time, so I should be able to buy some stuff! (thats what I'm really looking forward to)
Then on Wednesday two of my best friends are coming over and we're just going to hang out like old times. We havent done that in almost a year! It's going to be great.
And I don't know what I'm doing for the rest of the week....I'm sure I'll do something though!

One of Those Days

Today is one of those days when I really don't know what I want to do with myself. Should I go outside and jump rope? Stay in and watch movies? Read? Do homework(noooo)? Clean my room? Just sit around reading Vogue? Keep posting meaningless posts on my blog? I have no clue. I think I'm going to clean my room. It is in dire need of a good cleaning. I wont post a picture, you really dont want to see it. I will, however, post what it looks like I'm finished (: that will be much nicer.

Good Friday

As my fellow Catholics will know, today is Good Friday, the day that Jesus was crucified on the cross. Just in case your wondering, no, I am not super religious, although I did go to a catholic school for elementary. In fact, I don't even believe most of the things they teach us. Yes, I believe in God and that Jesus did walk the earth all those years ago, but I highly doubt he will ever rise again. Also, all of the Catholic teachings are really quite stupid. That and you dont have to be in a church to talk to God.
Anywho, sorry about that rant. Tonight for my conformation, we are putting on The Stations of the Cross. In other words, acting out how Jesus was crucified and then rose three days later. We've been rehersing since January (ahh!) so I'm going to be glad to get this over with. I'm actually sort of nervous. No, I don't have a main role and I'm just part of the crowd, but I always get nervous before doing any sort of performance.

Miley Cyrus is on the May cover of Teen Vogue. I despise her! She can't sing and she thinks she can which is beyond annoying, she has the worst taste in clothes, her boyfriend is gorgeous, and she's a teeny-bopper that does not deserve to be famous. There, I said it. She has ruined my birthday month on my favorite magazine. Grrr. Stupid Miley Cyrus.

Right now the dreaded 'super-flu' is plagueing my every move. It follows me like a shadow, constantly making me feel horrible. But alas! I have one savior...POPCICLES! I havent had one in years and I've never really been fond of them, yet here I am, happily slurping up a raspberry popcicle. I guess being sick does make you a little loopy! hehe x]
