home sweet home...?

Italy was amazing, but still a little chaotic. But for the most part it was the greatest experience of my life. I'm so happy I went and got to see everything that I did.

My favorite cities were Venice, Florence, and Pisa because I thought they were the most beautiful and we all had to most fun there.
I'm pretty sick of guided tours, but the free afternoons that we had were amazing. Even the long bus rides werent bad because the country-side is so beautiful. The grass is a different color and all the trees seem to grow sideways instead of up.

I dont even really know how to describe everything we did. So I dont think I will. but it was amazing and I would do it all again in a heart beat.

Right now I'm still jetlagged and it sucks. I cant decide if I'm glad to be home or not either. I missed being home, but now that I am I wish I wasnt. I miss being on the go and now that I'm not I dont know what to do with myself.

  1. Guided tours can be annoying, I'm sure. The only guided tour I ever liked was around St. Augustine, Florida in 4th grade. She had a knack for telling good stories.

    Did you take pictures?!?

I'm glad you had an awesome time. :D

  2. Wow, that sounds amazing! I hope you took some pictures- if you could, I'd really like to see them :D

And yeah, guided tours get annoying. I love being able to just walk around and take in all the sights without someone babbling information.

  3. Wow! I just decided to make a blog so I can remember everything about my trip to Italy and so I created a blog account and all that. And I happened upon the button that said "next" and so your like the third one that came up. And reading through stuff (as it's all new to me), and I'm like hey this girl sounds just like me. Seriously tho, I feel like if I were to blog about just life in general, mine would look just like yours. And then I read this one and I'm like WOWWW, she went to Italy too? haha It's a small world I guess! :)
