Brand New Eyes

The new Paramore CD came out yesterday!!!!!! It is already downloaded onto my iPod and I've been listening to it nonstop. IT'S SO GOOD! My favorite is definatley The Only Exception. It's so beautiful and amazing. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Quite a while back I recieved the Honest Scrap award, but never got around to answering the 10 honest things about myself. Honestly I couldn't think of anything when I got it. But now I've managed to think of some! I guess the return of fall has inspired me (:



1) I really want to own a real fur coat. I know it's horrible for the animals, but they are just so amazing to me. I would wear it every single day, if only for a minute.

2) I love snow.

3) I still like watching little kid shows like Charlie & Lola and Scooby Doo :D They make me happy.

4) I like talking to this one guy because he is my own little form of rebellion.

5) I like smoking cigarettes(even though I've only ever had two). I think they taste like chocolate.

6) I love my dad but I dont like him. If that makes any sense...

7) I don't know what I want.

8) I want to move far far away, but at the same time I like where I live.

9) Sometimes I think I'm ready for high school to be over but then I realize that I'm not really.

10) I have very unrealistic ideas about how life is.

I finished the sketch of my shoes! I got the biggest smiley that you can get(which is my teachers equivilent to a 100%)! I was really please with the way it turned out. What do you think?

Pink Plaid Land

I LOVE PLAID!!...but hate that everyone seems to be wearing it these days. Today when I walked into school with my outfit on, feeling confident that no one else would be wearing the same thing as I am(which has only happened to me one other time, thank God) what should I see but a girl wearing a very similar shirt as mine. GRR! Then throughout the whole day I saw at least 8 other girls wearing some form of plaid. What gives? I used to be one of the only girls in my school who would even consider wearing plaid.

Hello all (: Wow I haven't posted in over a week! Thats a long time for me.

Last Tuesday I started 10th grade in high school and I am not loving it so far. I mean, yeah it's great to be back to the routine of school and to see people that I otherwise never see, but some classes I am so much better off without. Like Earth Science. My teacher(who is actually really cool and nice) gave us a quiz on the first day! I know this sounds horrible, but out of about 20 questions, I answer probably 6 of them, and got all but 2 wrong! x[ I felt so stupid. It was TERRIBLE.

Then we have Geometry(with honors). It is not all shapes, let me tell you that. I guess for 75% of the year we'll be working on proofs, which sound really confusing and completely un-fun. But I didn't really expect anything different from anything do to with math. x[

All my other classes are pretty much the same level as they were last year, which isn't too bad. I'll manage with my usual high 80s, low 90s. I do have one bright spot though! STUDIO ART!!!!!!!!! I haven't taken art class since 8th grade and last year I really missed it, so I'm glad to be back! Tomarrow we start our first sketch, which is of a shoe. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to do my cloud converse, just for a challenge. Should be fun! Oh, and just a random thing about that class that makes me really happy, I love my teacher! She is so cool, from Long Island so her accent is awesome, and she really likes me. She calls me Vocabulary Girl, just because anytime she asks us what a word means I'm the only one who ever knows haha.

I love September issues of magazines. They are so deliciously long and full of goodies. When they come in the mail I do a little happy dance (:


Since I don't sit down and read each magazine front to cover I can't give you my full opinion yet, but so far from what I've read, Vogue(as always), Teen Vogue(as always), and Elle are doing the best job with their September issues.
(and yes, I do get all of those in the mail x])

This morning when I was home alone and bored, I was on my way to the bathroom when I saw these glasses. I put them on and couldn't see a thing because the prescription was so strong. I took a picture anyways, just to see if I looked any good in them because I think they're so geek-chic. I really like them! I'm pretty sure they're a really old pair of my mom's though...(sorry about my just woke up, no make-uped face haha)


So today was my official last day of being home alone for the summer ): ): ): All summer except for the two weeks my parents took off, I've been home alone everyday during the day and I love it. School starts on Tuesday the 8th and Monday I'll be at my aunts house. So today was my final hurrah.
As I drank my morning cup of coffee I just randomly thought of having a coffee party. But obviously because I was home alone it had to be a coffee party that only I would go to. I thought it was a really fun idea for a 'photo shoot' of me throwing a coffee party, but having everyone I invited be really really late. I had fun (:
